This week, I've been reflecting hard on something that's been on my heart (and in my head after finishing Hyrox Pro). After months of brutal training and endless wall balls (yes, my nightmare turned into my strength, plot twist), I realized something big:
There's a super fine line between loving yourself and letting yourself stay small.
Sometimes self-love doesn’t feel like love in the moment. Sometimes it feels like dragging yourself to the gym when you'd rather scroll TikTok in bed. Sometimes it feels like saying "no" to instant gratification because your future self deserves more.
You know what I mean — that voice that tells you to "rest" when you actually need to push, or the one that calls a third drink "self-care" when you promised yourself you'd focus on feeling your best.
