This week, I’ve been reflecting on fear—how we catastrophize, spiral, and convince ourselves that if this one bad thing happens, it’s over. But my therapist recently hit me with a simple truth that completely changed my perspective:
Do you really think you wouldn’t figure it out?
And honestly? I would. You would. Because WE ALWAYS DO.
In this week’s episode, I dive into this mindset shift, why trusting yourself is the ultimate fear-buster, and how every tough moment you’ve overcome is proof that you’re capable of handling whatever’s next. Oh, and I also did puppy yoga and almost cried (but in a happy way).
