This week I’ve been really reflecting on what it means to show up for yourself when literally nothing in you wants to. I’m talking zero motivation, bloated, tired, the weather still sucks — the whole thing. I had one of those “no thanks, not today” kind of weeks. But I hit record anyway.
And you know what? That’s exactly what this week’s episode is about.
We don’t build self-respect when everything’s going right. We build it when we’re moody, unmotivated, and still keep our word to ourselves. Even if it’s just doing one thing. Even if it's just recording a five-minute podcast while wrapped in a blanket and hating the world a little.
