The Quiet Season Starts Now

03/15— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

We really got one tiny, glorious week of warm weather and wow… those few days did something to me.

I have to admit, between being sick and this windet being the absolute worst, I have not been much of a walker lately. I’ve been very guilty of taking Ubers everywhere and treating the outdoors like a personal enemy. But the second it got warm enough to actually be outside, I remembered how alive a simple walk can make you feel.

There’s something about that first bit of warmth that makes everything feel possible again. And because I am fully leaning into that spring energy, I’m planning a new event that feels very fitting:

vase painting and pipe cleaner bouquet making.

It’s cute, creative, a little nostalgic, and exactly the kind of thing I want to do right now. Just making something pretty with our hands, being around good people, and letting ourselves enjoy a soft, fun moment.

You guys get FIRST ACCESS TO EARLYBIRD TICKETS, as always, and I really hope you come.

Consider this our way of welcoming spring in, even if the weather is still being a bit inconsistent about it.

Love,

Maria

Want to support?

Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.

As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.

Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.

If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!

Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to enjoy the quiet season.
