The Quiet Season Starts Now
11/03 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there,
Lately, everything’s been slowing down — the events, the pace, the light. And honestly? I’m not mad at it. The colder air, the constant drizzle, the way everyone’s calendar is thinning out… it kind of feels like we finally have a socially acceptable excuse to hibernate. I’ve been leaning into it — softer mornings, slower evenings, and more time to just sit with things.
This season always brings me back to reflection, but this year it feels especially needed. It’s been a lot. Beautiful, messy, expansive. I’ve been thinking about how much we start to attract when we’re really open — like, genuinely open. Not in a performative “I'm ready for abundance” kind of way, but in the small, quiet moments of actually making space for good things and good people.
And wow… the people. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with so many wonderful souls this year — some of you reading this now. It’s wild what finds you when you stop hiding. Just wanted to say thank you, truly. For being here, for showing up, and for making this space feel like something special.
What’s going on this week?
