The Quiet Season Starts Now

09/15 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜

I’ve been a little quieter than usual, mostly because I’ve been nursing a very annoying tendon inflammation (shoutout to my fellow Type A girlies who do the most and then act surprised when their body taps out 😅). I’ve been training hard for not one, but two HYROX races—on back-to-back days, because I’m a bit crazy—and somewhere along the way, my body said “you need to sit down.” And honestly? It’s been hard.

Strength training has always been the thing that grounds me. It gives me structure, discipline, that rush of knowing I can handle whatever gets thrown my way. So having to slow down?

Being told not to train the way I want? That’s been a lesson in surrender.

I’m learning to trust that my body knows what it’s doing. That healing doesn’t mean I’m doing nothing. That this season is still part of the work. (Also, my legs are getting twice the training so… silver linings?)

I’ve also been thinking…

This little forced pause also gave me time to think about something that’s been on my mind for a while. I meet so many amazing women at events and in passing—women who love the same things, who want deeper connection, who are craving community—but because we don’t have consistency, it all kind of slips away. And that’s not what we want.

So! I’m officially starting the Quiet Season Lock In Club.

We’ve got 100 days left in the year… why not use them intentionally? We’ll meet weekly, check in on our goals, and actually build something—together.

And one last thing….

If you want to move your body and grab a matcha with me IRL, one of my final events of the year is happening next weekend, September 21st. And as my OGs you ALWAYS get a special discount (valid for 24 hours).

Use MATCHA20 to get 20% off — just my little thank you for being here since the beginning. I seriously can’t wait to see you 🖤
