The Quiet Season Starts Now
06/16 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜
This week’s been… a lot. And not in a “something terrible happened” kind of way — but more like “I randomly cried in my friend’s car even though everything is technically fine” energy.
I’ve been reflecting on how sometimes, even the good stuff can be overwhelming. The sun’s out, plans are rolling in, everyone suddenly remembers you exist — and boom, emotional overload.
I get it. Winter was long and we need the dopamine, but there’s such a thing as too much of a good thing. Oversocialization is real, and just because something is fun doesn’t mean your nervous system is vibing with it.
That’s why I’m taking Friday off and writing this from bed at 9pm, trying to remember I’m allowed to slow down — even when life is good. If you’ve been riding the same emotional rollercoaster, this eis your sign.
