The Quiet Season Starts Now

02/02— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

Okay, can we talk about this weather for a second? Because… it’s not a vibe. All I’ve wanted to do is cancel everything, crawl under a blanket, and disappear until spring. But I’ve decided I’m not letting it get to me.

I’m officially in my biohacking era and I refuse to feel low just because the sky says so.

Yesterday was a full-on commitment to that decision. Oxygen chamber, IVs, the whole thing. Very much “if the weather is going to be rude, I’m going to be proactive about it.” It would’ve been so easy to stay home and do nothing.

Sometimes rest is the answer — but sometimes, dragging yourself out of the house is actually a form of self-love.

And if there’s one thing I know, it’s that women are really good at putting themselves last. We hold space, we show up, we remember everyone else — and then forget about ourselves.

That’s why, for International Women’s Day, I’m planning the kind of afternoon that feels like a deep exhale.

Restorative Pilates, a guided journaling session (with a journal you’ll take home), lymphatic compression, red light therapy, smoothies, and lots of space to just… be.

You have early access to tickets as my OGs AS ALWAYS, and I would love for you to be there.

Think of it as choosing yourself — even when it would be easier not to. We deserve that.
