The Quiet Season Starts Now

03/22— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

Ok, how is 25% of the year already gone?

I don’t know about you, but this realization hit me a little too hard. In my head, I’ve still been in that “just get through winter” mindset, waiting for the grey days to pass and for life to feel a bit lighter again. But somehow, three full months have already gone by. Three. That is honestly a little trippy.

And I think that’s your reminder not to sleepwalk through the rest of the year.

Because as dramatic as it sounds, we are going to blink and it’ll be summer, then one minute later everyone will be talking about fall plans and holiday chaos.

Time moves way too fast when you’re half-waiting for your life to start. So this is me lovingly telling you to lock in. Get honest about the goals you said mattered to you this year and start showing up for them now, even in small ways.

Not from a pressure-filled, “reinvent yourself overnight” kind of place. More from a grounded, wake-up call kind of place. Now is still a good time to begin.

And on that note, if one of your goals this year is to meet more like-minded people, put yourself out there a little more, or just do something that actually feels good, there are still a few tickets left for my next event. You can come with a friend, come solo, come just to say hi if we haven’t met yet. It’s such a lovely space to connect with people who are on a similar wavelength, and I’d really love to see you there.

Love,

Maria

Want to support?

Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.

As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.

Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.

If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!

Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to enjoy the quiet season.
