The Quiet Season Starts Now

03/01— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

I’m not going to lie to you — the past couple of moths were really tough for me.

Mentally, emotionally, physically... I was dealing with some health stuff behind the scenes, trying to figure out what I actually want the next few years of my life to look like, mapping out workshops, planning 2026 events, and somewhere in all of that I kind of forgot that I’m allowed to just be in the season I’m in.

It’s funny because when you build something from the ground up, there’s this quiet pressure to constantly top yourself. And if I’m being honest, I keep catching myself thinking, “Okay… but how do I make this year bigger than last year?”

Which is slightly unhinged considering last year I went absolutely psycho in the best way — events, races, travel, everything. Of course it will be hard to “top” that. And maybe… that’s not even the point.

What I’ve been sitting with lately is this: where we are right now matters too. We’re so quick to chase the next level that we forget to acknowledge how far we’ve already come.

And yes, maybe that sounds basic. But I had a lot of time to think this winter, okay?

That’s exactly why my next event feels so aligned.

It’s just us — a chill Pilates class, coffee and matcha after.

If you’ve never been to one of my events before, this is the perfect one to start with. It’s low pressure. It’s cozy. It’s very us.

No pressure to be anyone other than exactly who you are right now. That’s kind of the whole point. 🤍

Want to support?

Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.

As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.

Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.

If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!

Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to enjoy the quiet season.
