The Quiet Season Starts Now
10/20 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there,
II feel like it’s been a minute since I’ve checked in properly — like really checked in. Things have finally started to feel a little more manageable over here, and I don’t say that lightly. For the first time in a long time, I’m not running around or operating on autopilot. There’s actual space to think, to rest, to be. And I think… the quiet season might ACTUALLY be here.
I’ve been having so much fun with the Lock-In Club lately — it’s honestly become one of the most grounding and joy-filled parts of my week.
We’re building something really special, and watching this community take shape in such a genuine, intentional way has been the kind of soft magic I didn’t know I needed.
With more room in my days, I’ve been reflecting a lot (as one does), and feeling waves of gratitude for this new rhythm, for the people around me, and for the version of me that’s emerging now that I have time to actually meet her.
Also, in classic Toronto fashion — I’ve shifted from complaining about being too busy to now complaining about the weather.
Oh, and for anyone wondering about the podcast — yes, The Quiet Season Podcast took a little summer pause, but lately I’ve been thinking more and more about bringing it back. I’m feeling the pull. No promises just yet, but the spark is there.
Last events of the year:
The Quiet Reset: Breathwork & Meditation

If you're also craving some softness right now, you’re not alone. This season’s here to remind us we don’t always have to bloom to be growing.
Pumpkin Making Party

Join me for a warm, creative, and low-pressure hang where you’ll decorate real pumpkins, sip hot chocolate, and meet other like-minded Toronto girlies who are also in their soft fall era 🍂
