The Quiet Season Starts Now

01/04— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

Hi loves,

I genuinely can’t believe I’m still not back to 100% after my Brazil trip. I thought I’d be back in my groove by now, but my body clearly has other plans. I’m not on top of my routines, and if you know me, you know how hard that is. When my training isn’t perfect, my eating feels off, and my days don’t flow the way I like them to.

It’s made me think a lot about routines — in a health really is everything way.

When you feel good, the structure feels effortless. When you don’t, even the simplest things take more energy.

This slower pace has been an unexpected reminder to appreciate my body, even when it’s asking me to soften instead of push.

On the wellness front, things are still pretty quiet. Post-holiday hibernation is real, and honestly, I don’t hate it.

That said, I do have my very first event of the season coming up — and it’s something I’ve been obsessed with lately.
