The Quiet Season Starts Now
10/27 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there,
As I’m writing this, I’m probably mid-pumpkin painting at one of my final events of the year (yes, in full cozy-core mode). It’s wild to think this all started just this year — and somehow, I’ve already hosted more events than I can count on one hand. It’s hitting me now how far consistency alone has carried me. Not hustle. Not pressure. Just… showing up, again and again.
Naturally, I’ve already got vision boards on the brain. I love this time — when everything starts to quiet down just enough for reflection to sneak in. But if you’re not there yet, or if you’re feeling like this year didn’t unfold the way you hoped — that’s okay.
There are still two full months left. And 60 days is a long time when you commit to something, even gently.
So if you’ve been thinking about joining the Lock-In Club — this is your sign. It’s the final time registrations are open this year. Whether you’ve fallen off the routines, felt disconnected, or just need someone to walk with you as the year winds down… we’ve got space for you.
Let’s not write ourselves off too early. There’s still time.

What’s going on this week?
