The Quiet Season Starts Now

01/26— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

I’m still riding the high from last week’s strength workout event — and honestly, I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I was in the room. The last couple of months haven’t been the easiest for me, so getting to do something I love, with people who get it, felt really grounding.

At the same time, events are finally starting to ramp up again, which makes me so excited for what this year is going to bring.

I’ve also been feeling a lot of appreciation for my body lately. Being sick for a long stretch definitely gives you perspective — suddenly the basics feel like wins. I’m trying to hold onto that gratitude (even if part of recovery did mean I became very caught up on my shows… like, concerningly caught up).

And lastly, thank you for the love you’ve been sending about the upcoming strength sessions.

The feedback has been so positive that I decided to add THREE MORE strength training events — which feels wild and really exciting.

If you’ve been thinking about joining, now’s the time. Plus, there are still a few tickets left for the Galentine’s event, and I’d love to see you there 💛
