The Quiet Season Starts Now

02/09— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

As if I’m not already doing enough, I decided this was the perfect time to get Lagree certified. Because why not, right? 😅 This weekend has been so fun but also wildly busy — the kind of busy where you’re exhausted but weirdly energized at the same time.

I’m sore, I’m learning a ton, and I’m reminded (again) that I really do love challenging myself… even when I complain about it halfway through.

On top of that, can we talk about how cute this year feels with all the Galentine’s energy? There are so many little moments and activities centered around friendship, softness, and actually putting ourselves first.

I love seeing women choose connection over chaos. It feels intentional in the best way — like we’re finally letting celebration look however we want it to.

And yes, my Galentine’s event is officially sold out 💖 which still blows my mind. Thank you for always showing up the way you do.

But if you still want to celebrate together, there are 4 tickets left to the International Women’s Day event. Because honestly, as women, we should always be celebrating each other — loudly, quietly, and everything in between.

You can still grab them at the early release price using the code OG as always. I value you guys so much, and this felt like the least I could do. Hope to see you there.
