The Quiet Season Starts now

05/05 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜

Surprise! You’re officially reading the very first edition of my newly rebranded newsletter — The Quiet Season.

I’ve been sitting with this change for a while now because it feels like we’ve evolved. What started as a space to reflect on random wellness thoughts and struggles has grown into something deeper. And honestly? Calling it a “newsletter” never really felt right anymore. We’re a COMMUNITY.

The Quiet Season is about more than weekly updates — it’s about this chapter of life a lot of us are quietly living through. A season where we’re choosing ourselves. A season of stillness, introspection, early nights, journaling instead of texting someone who doesn’t deserve a response, and learning to love the silence that comes when we stop chasing.

It’s about moving through loneliness without shame. Choosing your own energy over performing. It’s about soft living with substance. But now we’re doing it all under a name that actually reflects the heart of what we’re building together.

Let’s connect on IG and let to know each other better!

Now onto this week’s reflection…

This week, I’m talking about friendship breakups — the kind that don’t come with closure, the kind that are just quietly fading. And quietly breaking your heart.

I open up about what it’s like when you’ve given your all, when you’ve been patient, understanding, available — and it still wasn’t enough to keep the connection going. I’m sharing the moment I decided to let go, not with bitterness, but with acceptance.

Because sometimes, you don’t get closure from the other person. You have to give it to yourself.
