The Quiet Season Starts Now

02/16— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,

It’s in the air. I swear.

The days are stretching a little longer, the cold feels slightly less offensive, and something about this week feels lighter. I know we’re still in it, but I really don’t think we have that much winter left. You can feel the shift coming. Toronto always gives us that subtle preview of spring and suddenly everything feels more possible.

I hope you’re doing something that feels good this Valentine’s or Galentine’s. There was so much happening in the city this weekend that even I got a little overwhelmed trying to pick. Every dinner looked cute. Every event felt like a moment. But at the end of the day, I just hope whatever you chose felt intentional — not forced.

And if I’m being honest… I took a very nice break this winter. I let myself slow down. I stayed cozy. I wasn’t in hustle mode. And I don’t regret it at all.

But I’m ready to be back.

Focused. Eager. Let’s get into it. Let’s not waste the rest of this year.

With love always,

Maria <3

Want to support?

Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.

As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.

Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.

If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!

Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to enjoy the quiet season.
