I’m writing this from Italy (or maybe England by the time you read it), where I’ve taken a break from my pretty regimented routine—and wow, has it been a needed reset. Even though I thought I wasn’t overly attached to my structure, stepping away from it made me realize how tightly I was still holding on.

I’ve been drinking more than usual (almost daily, who even am I?), missed a couple workouts (don’t worry, I’m still working out pretty much daily —I'm not THAT crazy 🙂), and honestly… I feel so good.

We get so caught up in doing things “right” that we forget life isn’t meant to be micromanaged. Letting go doesn’t mean losing control. It means trusting that you’re allowed to rest, to play, to be a little messy.

So here is your reminder:

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is not stick to the plan.

Let go. Trust yourself. Be a little messy. Nothing is that serious—and the world won’t fall apart if you give yourself space to just be.
