The Quiet Season Starts Now
02/23— Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey loves,
Big girl update over here — and this feels like a very “I’m growing up” moment for The Quiet Season.
If you’ve been here for even a minute, you know how much I love hosting wellness events. Curating the room, choosing the space, thinking about the energy, the flow, the tiny details. That part? I could do forever.
What I didn’t love? The back end.
Being a one-woman show while doing my Lagree certification, planning events, working out, balancing my 9–5, answering DMs, booking spaces, sending links… it started to feel like I needed three versions of myself. And as much as I preach slow living and nervous system regulation, my calendar was telling a different story.
So…I now have an events website that I created all on my own.
And honestly, this isn’t just a “look at me being official” moment. It’s practical. It’s cleaner. It’s easier for both of us. Y
ou can browse events, filter, search, actually see what’s coming up without scrolling through old posts or digging through emails. It feels intuitive. Organized. Calm. The way booking a wellness experience should feel.
Anyway. I’m very proud of myself. And very excited for you to explore it.
So go ahead and try it — hope you like it

Also — my Strength Workshops are officially underway
There are still a few spots left for March 8th and March 15th, and I would genuinely love to see you there. These sessions are intentional movement for women who actually want to be there. It’s not about ego lifting. It’s about building strength in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

What’s going on this week?
Don’t forget that now you can:
Sort by event type (sound baths, yoga, meditation, fitness, etc.)
Filter by price — or just look for free events
Search by date to fit your schedule
Plan ahead — because now when you see a fun event, we’ve got stuff lined up weeks in advance
Want to browse later? Here is this week in overview:
Want to support?
Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.
As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.
Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.
If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!
Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to enjoy the quiet season.
