12/30 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜
This week, I’ve been reflecting on the rollercoaster that is post-holiday life. You know, that weird in-between period where you’re trying to make sense of your emotions (did I really cry over a kitten planner?) and recover from Christmas-induced chaos. Spoiler: it wasn’t all bad—I ran 19k, ate cookies guilt-free, and built a book nook that’s basically a masterpiece (tiny furniture is my new thing).
Oh, and I’m heading to New York for New Year’s to soak up some inspiration because, honestly, Toronto has been feeling a little too cozy lately.
This week’s episode dives into all of that—holiday feels, marathon woes, and how I’ve embraced being unapologetically me. If you’re navigating your own post-holiday blues, this one’s for you.
Honestly, Toronto feels just as quiet as my week has been. The city is still in post-holiday mode, with not much going on yet—but I know that’s about to change. Next week, the energy will start ramping up again, and I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings. Stay tuned, because I’ll be sharing all the exciting things happening soon!
Here’s to dreaming big and starting the New Year on your own terms. Let’s do this together!
