Hey there! 💜
This week, I’ve been deep in my winter feels. And by that, I mean aggressively side-eyeing the snow outside my window and wondering if I’ll ever feel warm again. The seasonal slump is real, and I know I’m not the only one struggling to stay motivated. My step count is down, my Uber rides are up, and I may or may not be in a bit of a post-marathon funk.
So, I decided it’s time for a mindset shift. Enter: gratitude. In this week’s episode, I’m talking about why gratitude is especially important when life feels like a never-ending blizzard. From being kinder to our bodies (even when they betray us with soreness) to appreciating friendships even when they don’t meet every expectation, I’m sharing my own struggles and how I’m learning to reframe them.
