02/12 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜

This week, I’ve been thinking about what it actually feels like to stop caring what other people think. Like, really not caring—and I think I’ve finally cracked it. It hit me during a conversation at a party where, for once, I didn’t feel the need to sugarcoat my opinion (I may have called a certain trendy Pilates studio disgusting). A few years ago, I would’ve bent over backward to agree with someone just to be liked, but now? Nah. Take it or leave it.

In this week’s podcast, I’m diving into how I got here and why it feels so good to be unapologetically myself. I’m also sharing my Black Friday self-restraint (yes, I resisted the Abercrombie sale), how my body is slowly forgiving me for years of neglect with mobility work, and why I’m not sure the A Court of Thorns and Roses hype is living up to the steamy expectations (yes, another hot take of mine!).

It’s a Sunday morning chat with lots of laughs, some deep thoughts, and plenty of relatable moments. Grab your headphones, and let’s hang out!

And now on to the wellness stuff…
