Your 'Me Time' Starts now!
12/23 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜
As we inch closer to the New Year, we’re all making changes and resolutions—me included. But for me, this season is also about letting go, and that’s hitting a little too close to home.
Some of my closest friends are moving on to new chapters, and while I’m genuinely happy and grateful for their joy, I’m also holding space for the sadness of it all. It’s such a tough balance—feeling proud of their growth while grieving the shifts in our connection. If you’re feeling this too, know that it’s okay to sit in that complexity.
This week’s episode of Not Now, It's Me Time dives into this emotional rollercoaster: why it’s okay to feel sad, how to embrace gratitude for what was, and most importantly, how to hold space for yourself as you adjust. So grab your coffee—or your tissues—and let’s work through this together.
Wishing you a beautiful holiday week filled with love, reflection, and the little joys that make this season magical. Happy holidays, my friends! 🎄✨

It’s Christmas week, and let’s be honest—things are quiet around the city. The streets are peaceful, the usual buzz has slowed down, and it feels like everyone’s taking a collective breather. But don’t get too cozy; this is just the calm before the storm. In just a couple of weeks, life will be back in full swing with events, routines, and all the chaos we secretly miss. So, soak up the stillness, enjoy the downtime, and get ready to hit the ground running soon! 🎄✨

Want to support?
Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.
As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.
Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.
If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!
Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to take some ‘me time’ 🫶
Love 💜,
Maria
