02/01 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

If you’re reading this, I’m probably running right now. Or walking. Or crying. TBD. Either way, I’m in the middle of my marathon, and I need you to send me all the good vibes.
This week, I’ve been thinking a lot about how we automatically count ourselves out of things before we even try. We assume certain things just aren’t for us—running a marathon, starting a business, changing careers, whatever—because we don’t feel good enough. But what if we just… didn’t do that? What if we believed we were capable, even before we had proof?
That’s what this episode is all about: the power of deciding you can. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t even have to finish. Just trying puts you in a different league than most people. And once you start seeing yourself as someone who can, everything shifts.
So if you’ve been doubting yourself lately, this one’s for you. Listen while I talk about mindset, self-belief, and how I may or may not survive the race but will still be proud. 🎧
