11/18 — Your Guide to Toronto Wellness This Week

Hey there! 💜

Can I admit something? I’m TIRED. Seriously. This week has been a whole thing.

I almost convinced myself I caught a mysterious virus— before I was ready to admit that my body staging a rebellion against my [too busy and completely self-imposed] schedule.

Either way, it got me thinking: How much of our exhaustion is us being “too busy,” and how much is just focusing on the wrong things? It’s made me step back and reflect: Am I really prioritizing what matters? Spoiler—I wasn’t.

I’m sharing it all in this week’s episode: why I’m stepping back from dance workshops, how I’m rethinking my fitness goals (calisthenics girlies, where you at?), and my new obsession with accountability clubs. It’s a chatty one, full of honest reflections and a few laughs.

It’s not glamorous, but it’s real, and hopefully, it leaves you feeling seen—and maybe a little motivated to go all-in on your own winter arc

and now let’s get down to it!

Want to support?

Let’s be real: finding a community in a city like this can be tough, especially if your idea of fun looks more like a meditation circle than King West.

As much as I'd love to do this full-time, I’m not a stay-at-home gf, so I balance this passion project with a full-time job. If you feel inspired by what I’m building and want to buy me a coffee to support, it would mean the world.

Every bit helps me know this work is making an impact and gives me a chance to scale it further—helping more people like us find ourselves and our community.

If you’re also passionate about health and wellness and/or are hosting events and would like to collaborate or be featured, please DM me or email [email protected]!

Thank you for being here and believing in this vision. And don’t forget to take some ‘me time’ 🫶

Love 💜,

Maria
