I did it. I ran 42 freaking kilometers, and I lived to tell the story.
This week, I’ve been reflecting on something wild: I am now a person who has run a full marathon. Like, forever. No one can take that away from me. Even if I never run another step in my life, I get to say I did this. And honestly? That is insane.
In this week's podcast episode, I take you through the entire experience—how I trained (or didn’t), what actually happened on race day, and the mental gymnastics required to keep going when your legs are screaming at you to stop. I also share my best tips if you ever decide to take on a challenge like this (because let’s be real, you’re probably at least a little curious now).
