IntroducingšThe Toronto Pilates Passport
āļø Hey you ā thanks for being here
If youāre reading this, youāre already part of The Quiet Season community ā and honestly, that means a lot. Youāre here because you care about intention, softness, and doing things that actually feel good⦠not just look good.
So I wanted to share something special with you before anyone else.
Introducing: The Toronto Pilates Passport
A curated guide to 33 must-try Pilates and movement studios across the city ā with exclusive discounts made just for us.
This passport was born out of everything I love about movement: the slow mornings, the quiet strength, the way you can feel more like yourself after a class. But I also know the reality ā classes are expensive, ClassPass can be hard to navigate, and trying new studios can feel overwhelming.
So I created something that takes the pressure off and brings the fun back in.

What it is:
A thoughtfully designed, pocket-sized guide to exploring Pilates in Toronto. Inside, youāll find:
š§āāļø 33 handpicked studios I genuinely love (or have heard incredible things about)
ā A place to rate and reflect after each visit
šļø Space to jot down your faves and track your movement journey
and most importantly
š Exclusive community-only discounts from select studios
Itās for beginners, regulars, and anyone in their letās try something new era. You donāt need to be perfect or consistent ā you just need to be curious.

Why it's special (and limited)
This is Volume One, and itās a bit of a pilot project. I wanted to keep it small and personal, to see if itās something you love ā and to give you a chance to shape what comes next.
